Cancellation and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you need to cancel an order or request a return, please review the policy below to understand how the process works.

Orders may be canceled within a limited time after placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a return request instead.

Returns are accepted within a specified period after delivery, typically within 3 to 7 days, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, customers are required to contact our support team with their order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued instead. Items purchased during sales or promotional periods may be subject to special return conditions and may not always be eligible for refunds.
